HeartPulse Tracker Terms of Use
Important: HeartPulse Tracker provides general wellness and fitness information only. It is not a medical device, medical service, or substitute for professional advice.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using HeartPulse Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply together with Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Wellness use only
HeartPulse Tracker estimates pulse from a camera signal and provides personal wellness tracking. Measurements may be affected by lighting, skin and fingertip characteristics, movement, device hardware, temperature, and other conditions. Do not use the app for diagnosis, treatment decisions, emergency monitoring, or any situation that requires a clinically validated device.
If you have a health concern or experience symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service. Do not delay care because of information shown in the app.
3. Your use of the app
You may use the app for your personal, lawful wellness tracking. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public systems, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, or use the app to make decisions about another person's health without appropriate consent.
4. Subscriptions
HeartPulse Tracker may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Restore purchases is provided for eligible purchases associated with the same Apple ID. Apple controls payment processing, refunds, and subscription billing.
5. Third-party services
The app uses Apple's camera, Apple Health, App Store, StoreKit, and notification services, and may use AppsFlyer for attribution and analytics. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual property
HeartPulse Tracker, its software, design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Camera-based measurements are estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate or available on every device or under every condition.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including Premium features, and may update these terms when the app changes. You may stop using the app at any time. These terms end when you delete the app and stop using it, except for provisions that by their nature should continue.
